So thats what those other plastic pieces are for! I had no idea! I ended up drilling out the chassis and mounting the battery tray straight to it.

Well I got the body fitted. It is a little long but I made it work. I had to cut part off of the front bumper for it to fit under the body but I think it came out decent. The rear wing looks small...

I will look into the Ruster and RC10GT bodies. I need one thats little wider than the chassis itself. My battery box hangs off about 6mm and the fan for my motor is about the same on the other side.

Just got my CRT.5 setup with Mikes Extended Chassis kit. So far I really like it but my stock bodies arent even close to fitting anymore. What size do you people use? I hear ruster bodies fit well....

Just got my chassis today. It came with one driveshaft that is used for the rear. The kit has you use the stock rear crt.5 shaft for the front.

Rear shaft (came with kit) - 88.18mm

A VXL will be fine. I would suggest getting a fan for the ESC if your going to be running a 3s though.
