If I was to lose the leg I came up with a design...

If I was to lose the leg I came up with a design the allows for some adjustment of the outer mount. Of course I will round the outer mount. No sharp edges. Also considered a CF plate on the out side...

I assume that the stock knucks are plenty stout. I use the stock knuckles on my rc18 with alloy c hubs seems to be the tightest fit, yet remaining smooth operation. Is this a similar case here?
