I'm working on building a RC8B Factory Team brushless.
I'm using the RC Monster conversion kit and replacing the center diff with a slipperential.
I will use a combo MMM v3 + 2200kv motor...

probably you pressed the "mode" button during your trials and switched the lba10 to a123 mode. I got the same issue and, by re doing carefully the steps and pressing (one or twice) the mode button...
