heat gun or soldering iron, i used to have a 40mm fan i ran across my iron to heat it, took forever but worked. You can set the iron on the heat shrink but only for a few seconds not too long.

absolutely not drop in like i said its a lot of work, toyota changed the motor completly in the 93 car, its a better bet to just find a different car, or live with an NA supra.

Yea that motor is a little slow for a 4s setup, i would either get a bigger batt, 5 or 6s, or a higher kv motor, maybe a 2300 medusa, or a 2650 castle neu. The clutch really helps with the wheely...
