On the nue web site the 1509 is rated at 750 watts continues and the 1506 is rated at 500 continues both surge double that. Are these motors based of the nue 1400 series?

I already have a mamba max. But If it won't work I will buy a mamba monster. I run medusa 3650 4800 with the mamba max with no problems at all. Just want a bigger motor for running the bigger truggy...

My opinion is you need to run a heatsink and fan because the motor is a little small for a 1/8 scale buggy. I would have done a 70 0r 80 mm.

I have a 2s 6500 30c hard case and a 6000 3s. Haven't had a problem with them at all. But I won't say they are better than any other brand or any worse. I'm happy with mine.

Took the slash to the track and test it today the temps on the motor after about 8 to 10 minutes were 137 but the esc. was 190 battery was 75. The motor over powers the slash a lot,not a good off...

Most of his problem is he is over geared and drawing to much current 23/76 is to much for this motor. He also stated that the esc. was shutting down do to heat. The small lipo did not help either....

I'm sure it's fine for short runs like that. But in a slash bashing not to good. All I'm saying is it won't last long in endurance races on 3s.
