Like CastleMike said, they haven't been produced in months. If you order it from a major vendor like Amain they most likely sold out their V2s a month or two ago.
EDIT: IF you get a V2, CC will send you a V3 case for free. Then update the firmware and run the thing until it dies. Then send it back and they'll upgrade you to a V3 for free.
