Just to reiterate and summarize what has already been said on this thread:

Installation on 32 and 64 bit: Save the install file from the website to your computer's hard drive. Find the icon located on your hard drive, it should be called "CastleLinkInstall3.XX". Right click on the icon and choose "Run as administrator" and it should install just fine.

Vista 32 bit compatibility: Works with Castle Link and Mamba Max. Meaning it works on every product that we offer that is Castle Link compatible, including the Mamba Max.

Vista 64 bit compatibility: Works with the Castle link but NOT the Mamba Max. Unfortunately we have been unable to find a solution for getting the Mamba Max driver to work on 64 bit. But products like the Monster, Sidewinder, 1/18th controllers, BEC etc. will work just fine; the Mamba Max is only controller that will not work with 64 bit.
