New motor 1200 x 56 mm rather than the 50x1500 and the trouble is back again. Exact same trouble when using over 100 ft range.
Now I see sparks intermittently inside the rear of the motor on the bench test . I don't know much about bl motors, but that can't be normal, right? Funny thing is it will do it when starting up , but when running WOT on a bench it'll be perfect with no sparks.
