I love my 1515 on my R2 Matrix buggy with 5S lipo 5000mah is 8.80lbs. The 1512 would have saved me only .1lbs and I don't worry about gearing with a 1515 plus amp draw is low since the 1515 barely breaks 90 degs after a full pack running 46/20 gearing.
