He is right, it sometimes is a defect, because i had the same issue with a 36-60-2000kv medusa motor. iwas running pretty hard and slowed down, then coming out of a turn...a loud snap, i ran over to it and found the shaft snapped behind the bearing, weird huh?

then i called them up and they said they would replace it under warranty, i only had for 2 months about.
