Chassis is finished ! My Gaaa, what a PITA !
I've made numerous T-Emaxx,1/8 scale flat chassis and several custom spin offs of my own but this was by far the worst yet. The biggest problem was I used to thick of material (3/16"), it made the job a lot harder than it needed to be.
Tools used were a Jig saw, 3" angle grinder, metal hole saw kit, cordless drill & bits and hand files.
Final weight is ..........................1lb 13.7ozs CHUNKY
