The way these fail is that the force on the tire/wheel pivots the axle on the outer bearing and the skinny 22mm inner bearing fails. Anything that can help support the axle on the inner side of the outer bearing should help these sustain that force.


Josh - I agree that having the third bearing closer to the inner bearing is best.
