For example the DBXL-E motor at bullet (1.5 turn Y) is 5.8milliohm with 1.15 millohm of wire (8AWG 28cm lenght x2) so it is around 4.65milliohm AtoB, etc... so 2.32milliohm per winding (not directly measurable as connected inside the motor).

Is the 2.2A I0 current at 32V ? Because it is very very low !, the DBXL-E is at 4.2A@32V

If these parameters are real I'm going to run out to the store to buy it today !
No, those are wrong, sorry.

I was thinking about each individual winding, not bullet to bullet. There are two windings per phase in series (four poles) and two phases in series due to the wye.

The IO current is at 10V -- I'd have to measure it at 32V.
