The HPI engineers have been busy then.

A small detail but i like how the diff outdrives sit on bearings in the diff cup rather than the usual metal on metal.

I'm in love......certainly more detail put into it than buying a cheap 1/5 from a Chinese distributor and slapping your name on it......::COUGH:: Duratrax and XTM ::COUGH:: :D

EDIT: Just noticed they went with an 8mm thick chassis, holy cow will that sucker be durable!

Yeah and 2wd. AGAIN!!

I can't beleave there are so many 2wd lawnmower powered bigscale's. It is a nice design, but comon, a true offroad must atleast have 4wd.

Maxxdude,

You mean something like this?

(yes that is a bigmaxximum on the left)

Allthough that's an 1:5 onroad, i'm sure it'll fit in any 1:5

It's not his, it's a german experiment..

I would put my money on a 2280 over that baggybigmaxximum (as investment)

OH! The 2280 is not small motor either. I like power. Big motor means big power. :)

Uh oh. We have everything converted here. We have a Jato, Savages, Buggies, an MGT, LST, Revos, HB Lightning, HPI MT .... but for this one, well, I think we have to draw lots.
