will this work for warranty purposes?

i have a brand new mamba max pro that has just been taken out of the box and i bought it unused from a friend. the bad part is, i didn't get the receipt.

i took a picture of the unused MMP with the current timeanddate.com calander behind it. the current day (8/29/10) is highlighted by timeanddate to specify which day today is.

is this enough to prove this ESC hasn't been used yet? i plan on soldering it up and using it once i get the warranty OK from castle if it is possible.

edit: yes, i know it is the 1-cell version. i will be using a castle BEC with it. i also added a better picture
