the box wasn't even open when i got it. i broke the factory seal and took the mamba pro out of the box as soon as it showed up in the mail. i think my chances of still getting the warranty would have been better if i had not opened it and just taken pictures of the sealed box.

edit: i still have the paypal info if that helps.
