carbon fiber battery straps

Does anyone who has the carbonfiber battery straps (Made by GorillaMaxx) know the distance(amount od space) between the bottom side of the strap and the chassis. Also do you think the team orion 4800 will fit snugly onto these battery straps with no movement(without using the cell adapter just the flat side). And If it wont fit is the gap small enough to put a piece of foam (thicker than stock foam that comes with the g-maxx pads) on the bottom of the graphite strap to make a snug fit.
