NEU end bell cover

I know it says fits the 15 series motor;s, but I just want to be sure Does it fit the 1509?

And what should I do to seal the front? Because I will run in sand (pretty much every time I go out, I run on a sand hill...) And my orion can really fill up with sand, but the different is 3 times the price and it doesnt affect it, I just need to blow it out after every run


Any ideas?
