Offshore electrics has the 1509/1y in the smooth can right now if thats the wind you were looking for.

I use the front and rear covers on my 1506 and they seem to do the trick - but I don't drive in sand either. Also do your shrink and your plugs after you put on the rear cover.. I had mine on before I had the cover and of course they didn't fit through.
