FLM Pede parts ???'s and shipping costs ???'s - 08.16.2005, 01:11 PM

Hi I already tried posting this in the FLM forum, but that section seems to get little traffic compared to the rest of the forums.

I plan on buying most if not all of the FLM electric Pede parts at the end of this month and just have a couple of questions.

The first question is what is the main advantage/disadvantage of the standard vs. extended length arms? Is there any reason NOT to go with the extended arms for more stability like CVD/turnbuckle/stock drive shaft problems?

The second question is I was wondering if I should keep the stock plastic chassis braces or put a Swami wheelie bar on the rear and a New Era brace on the front. Will an all aluminum chassis and braces bend into scrap with no points on the chassis to give, or is the aluminum durable enough for regular bashing with no insane jumping?

My final question is if there's any easy way to determine shipping costs for items I order now and in the future without having to post/email everytime. My zip is 97225.

Thanks
