Tekno Neu 1515/1y/D/Q - 10.25.2008, 11:38 AM

So do these new Tekno Neu Q motors bolt directly to the chassis where a nitro engine bolts on?Thinking about a 1/8 scale Serpent 960 conversion. Will I be able to use the Electri-clutch with a 2 speed clutch bell?I will be using a MMM esc not to sure about battries

Not all nitro engine bolt patterns are the same, but if you modify the chassis to 32 x 32mm mounting holes, the motor will bolt right up. These are direct drop-ins for the Tekno V3 conversions however and save the weight of the motor mount while lower the CG of the motor.

We may have a new Elektri-Clutch that will accommodate a big block 2 speed clutch bell in the near future.

Not bad for a only a few bucks more than the others. I will keep these in mind for the future as it makes for a very clean install.
