Setting up controller - 01.08.2006, 01:09 AM

Is there a benefit to setting up my controller when I program my brushless to have reverse or should I just make it as brakes. Is there a benefit to forward and reverse or is it better for forward and brake? Is this just a preference thing? I have the stock emaxx controller. I will upgrade soon bit for now does it make a difference. Kinda new to the emaxx world so thanks for all the help guys.. Makana

I personally keep reverse on for all of the speed controllers I use. It always helps when bashing and practicing to have reverse.

When racing, of course, reverse cannot be used in nearly all situations. Reverse should be disabled during racing, where possible.

Electronics run on smoke... if you let the smoke out, they stop working.

Yeah, reverse doesnt change anything , it just gives you reverse:p Its a whole different story with nitros....

The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL
