Esc heating up ?

Exclamation Esc heating up ? - 05.31.2009, 06:02 PM

I played today with my crt.5 and all goes fine now back from playing again and the esc heating up for nothing ... the motor is cool and the batteries also but the esc can goes up to 200f + into few minutes maybe less...

we need more information dude. this doesnt tell us squat. for all we know you could be running a hw 18a, neu 1527 and AA's

1/10 mamba max esc
feigao 8xl
3s lipo 5000mah 25c
17/46 gearing

top speed around 35mph ...

all worked perfectly fews days ago and sudently the esc heating up for nothing ...

heh oui j'ai c gros tires la j'ai rouler pendant 2 jours pis aucun probleme de température mais la je comprend pas... p-t le moteur qui est foutu ?

loll yes could it be your motor...FEIGAO=CRAP...i sold you a neu few month ago yer rendu ou ste moteur la?????..enleve les tires cer dla boullshit

sorry brushlessboy16 but jason had some really big tire un is crt and and cheap motor=the present result

anyway...your motor draw to much amps for the cell capacity....and the esc is not able to drive the motor ..well i think...

le timing est low , start power low , punch control 70% j'ai essayer la version 1.20 pis 1.21 du firmware ... j'ai jouer avec depuis je l'ai avec c gros tires la pis rien chauffait c jusque que cette apres midi ca commencer a chauffer

jvient dessayer avec les tires on-road qui a venu avec pis le esc monte a 200f + aussi :)

chavait que sté pas a cause des gros tires ;)

pis le moteur rien a dire ca chauffe pas ... juste le esc ...
