How to pull apart an ofna torsen diff?

I got one of those ofna 1/8th torsen diffs cheap on ebay, because I allways wanted to take a look at them...
Now that I have one, I can't take a look at it, because it seems do be impossible to disassemble it.
I looked at the instructions and know what I'd have to do theoretically but it just doesn't move

Anyone ever had one of those and has a hint for me on how to pull this d**n thing apart?
