Steering Servo? - 08.19.2006, 01:57 AM

Whats better? Dual Hitec HS-5925MG servos or a single Airtronics 94359Z?

The specs of the servos are below. The 5925mgs are really fast and 2 of them are plenty strong. But, I'm wondering if its worth it to change to a single Airtronics 94359Z servo? Worth the weight savings? Or just a waste of time. Anyone running the 94359? I'd probably switch to the proline single arm steering setup if i do go with the single servo setup.

HS-5925MG
Torque 6.0v : 128 oz. - 9.2 kg.
Speed 6.0v : 0.08 second
Size : 1.6"x 0.8"x1.5" 39 x 20 x 38mm
Weight : 1.97 oz. 56 g

Airtronics 94359Z
Speed: 0.10/60 deg (@6.0V)
Torque: 200 oz-in (@6.0V)
Size: 1.54"x 0.79"x 1.47"
Weight: 2.19oz.

The dual 5925s are 25% faster and 25% stronger than the single 94359, but weigh almost twice as much. Will I notice a difference? BTW...I could go w/ dual 94359Zs. I got a killer deal on 3 of them so I have them just sitting here and Im tring to decide how best to use them. Would 2 of the 94359Zs just be a waste?

Oh yea... On a G2R revo.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...
