What is the problem? have you got issues with the output pins? the entire diff should fit without too much effort.

Did you ever installed stock diffs in the revo?

Can you explain what doesn't fit?

It has the stock diffs and i want to the original diffs into the1/8 hybrid diffs into the but somehow it is not fitting right seems like it is slight bigger than the original stock diffs installed in my Revo. The out put pins that connect to the shaft is too high it touches the upper part of the bulkhead

Okay, if i understand this right, you are using stock diffs in the 1/8th housings?

This wouldn't work, because they use a different size of bearings, and the bearings for the 1/8th conversion are flanged to keep the diff in place. (centered)

I had this issue when I installed mine too. I got a set from the very first batch and when I installed them the output pins were slighty to long. I had to split the bulks to get them in. I told Mike about this and he said that he had made the adjustment for all future production. Did you get some of the very first release? Any newer ones out there should not have this problem.

I'm planning on changing out the outdrive pins on mine when the first time I tear them down to replace fluids and stuff.

Even if you have to split the bulks its not that hard to do. Just a few screws and the bulks split and they drop right in.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

In that case; contact Mike for the shorter output pins.
