yeah
but i think its jus the weather here in CA
12pinion and 70spur jus as Novak suggested
when i first got the HV and ran it it wasnt hot
it was like in the 85-90s and it ran 35min or even more with the gp3300 7cells
now its freakin HOT!!!
triple digits
100-110 degrees

110 is absurd hot.. That is the main reason for your HV to thermal.. (i would thermal if i had to run around at 30 mph with those temps..) When you buy brushless, you should be living on the northpole.. (should be a disclaimer.. ;) )

Hahaha
Imagine playing tennis and basketball and running in that heat!!
I play tennis and basketball and run everyday
especially in the summer
i should get a 72spur to use espcially jus for the summer
think that stop the thermaling?

It is likely, though it might even get hotter as well.. (weird but true) try it, and you'll know.

I use stock gearing in the uk, on 12 cells without thermalling, must be just the climet, also have u cut out holes in the windscream, i found this helped with the motor temp.
