Whatever you spent in total minus 70% = what you'll get back from selling it generally.

I wish that was a joke too...

How'd you put steel outputs on the stub axles!?

Neil is accurate in his assessment.

I think 70% depreciation is a bit steep. I'd say you can get 40-80% of the original price when reselling RC's, but it all depends on condition, brand/type of vehicle, buyer demand, etc. Always price it slightly high, because people will try to talk you down, and you can always discount later if no one is biting at the original price.

I use the 40-50% mark as a guide on pricing things like rollers and closer to 70% on electronics.

if you look on rctech, this is what most people do. sometimes, you can get used truggy and buggy rollers as low as 30%. the slash is a pretty high demand truck right now, so you should be able to get around 50-60%

They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.

I read neil's post wrong, I was saying 70% of original value. probably between 50-70% depending on the buyer. And PBO, I am familiar with the parts, I have them for my tranny outputs, I've just never seen them on the stub axle side before.

I modded them, there was a thread on the Traxxas forums I used to do the Stub Axle mod. I don't know if it's still there but you can try searching for it.

EDIT: Here's the link http://monster.traxxas.com/showthrea...ght=stub+axles
