ok, i would need one cell removed...

Its an odd problem. all the cells are reading 3.87v except for one which reads 0.0v and i get no votage through the deans plug. like there is a physical break somewhere as there is no puffing or anything visible..

also i have one cell with a loose cover, not sure if its the cell casing itself or just a plastic film. the cell hold voltage well and is balanced with all other..

Thank you for the help

Sounds like a physical break all cells may be fine

That pack looks like the cells are soldered together. Showul be easy enough to seperate the cells and check them individually. I would remove the bad cell asap. Leaving a bad cell in the pack can kill the others...

Oh that would be too easy to comment on....

Just use some tape to cover up the areas you are not try to heat up. Or send it to me...

You will most likely not have much luck fixing that, they usually break off too close to the foil to get to. Maybe a pic would help...
