heheheheheheh yup! That's right! My friend got the crazy and stupid but funny and amazing idea! lol soo...today we started building and got it done!

at the slowest rev speed i can run it, the propeller is already spining was looks to be as fast as it did full throttle stock

I have a feeling that running gear isn't going to last long! I want to see the carnage in action!

Have you done any tests in the bathtub to see how the boat sits in the water with all that gear in there?

I bet $10 on it moving six feet after something breaks with the first pull of the trigger..

But if it does get moving good, I guess about 40mph before it flips over.

I bet that you're right... I have tried something similar with a KB45 and a $20 ebay boat....melted the drive system and mounts..

haha that happened today, but not becouse i hit the throttle. turns out that the boat will get up to about 15mph and start hopping on the water and it you go the least big faster than when it starts to hop, it flips anyone know of any way i could keep it from hopping and jumping on the water? but luckaly we did deal it all off with duct tape that sealed it off real well! But right now, i've got to mount the motor better to keep the motor from shifting backwards and the driveshaft from comming out so that and the fact that it hops on the water is what i need to fix, untill then, i'm only able to hit 1/4 throttle constant and bump it for a split sec up to 1/3 (and it litteraly jumps ontop of the water at that point)

Yes, i put it in the my dogs kittie pool to see if it would float and the back of the boat is half above water but as for the front:



water starts to ease up onto the top becouse it sits so low. the MMM motor is too heavy to be mounted that far up on a boat as small as that one. plus the drivetrain has a HARIBLE vibration in it at like 1/8 throttle so i'm getting out my other radioshack boat witch is bigger and wider and i'm putting it all in their and mounting the thin boat beside it to keep it from flipping (the prop on it is at like a 45 degree angle and the stock motor will flip it if the water's not very calm).
