I'd call the toll-free Traxxas number: 1-888-TRAXXAS (1-888-872-9927)

This is the correct address. Make sure you put attention to services on it. Also dont forget to include a note stating whats wrong and what happened when it went wrong, your address and phone number so they can contact you. If your evx is still under waranty inclue a copy of your receipt to prove when you bought it. Hope you get everything worked out ok.

Check this link to the Traxxas site.

Traxxas Warranty

For electronics outside of the 30 day warranty use this form.

My experience with Traxxas warranty support was pretty good. I sent in a fried EVX outside of the warranty period. I got a replacement back in less than two weeks. Unfortunately the replacement was defective and I had to send that one back, Again, a replacement back in less than two weeks. The best part of all was the repairs should have cost me $25 but was done at no charge "as a courtesy".
