50mph B emaxx - 04.29.2007, 06:13 PM

Today I have the time to play with my 6s Lipo max amps 8000mah with my wanderer 12 XL put my EPA in my Mx3 transmitter to 140% throttle and my bobmproof emaxx hit 51.20 mph on a large parking lot using a 23mm proline badlands with duct tape inside to prevent it from ballooning ,next time i will post a video :018:

Wow, very fast. Didn't know the 12xl can hit such high speeds even if it was on 6s.

6s lipo = 22.2 volts but actually it is more than that more like about 24 volts on full charge

1390rpm/volt is the rating for the wanderer 12 XL , so 33,360 RPM on 24 volts

At full throttle the cells might drop down to about 3.4-3.5v, which is 20.4-21v.

He just set his epa all the way to make sure he was hitting full throttle. he probably normally has the epa turned down to make the truck more controllable.

I discovered interesting on EPA at 100% it spins like a 12XL should spin on 6s lipo but put it all the way to 140%,it spins very fast a lot faster than 100% like a turbo boost ,can someone explain this?

Yup. Your ESC is programmed incorrectly.

I read it like he upped the throlle EPA above the programmed 100%. Anyone else have experience with this?
