Nice video dude... where the wheels spinning a lot on the parking lot... I'm pretty sure you can push more power and speed out of 36 volts... good job though... put some big wheels back on there :)
I just installed the buggy diff cases on the truck. I heard the they have a 3.3:1 instead of the 4.3:1 that is on the stadium truck. I hope this helps in gainung a little speed.
New video with the 3.3:1 diffs and things went a little wrong. The truck swerved to the right and it hit the curb. After that happened I checked the truck and everything looks ok with the truck itself, but when I tried running the truck again it kept cutting off.
It didn't reach full speed, but nothing broke and it basically shows how tough the truck really is. My daughter was on top of my truck with her uncle. She love watching the R/C cars. She has her own Micro T.
good thing you hit it on an angle... I'm surprise there's no damage.... that's one hell of a tough truck then.. I'm always breaking parts on my maxx...
I drove the truck today for around 10mins. and it still cutting off. I will calibrate the controller again to see if that helps. I did some speed passes, hard braking and to my amazement nothing was too hot.
It is a Kontronik 3SL 40-14-32. It actually was my fault. I changed the EPA from 100 to 125 on my JR radio. Now it is working fine. Man I have to take my hat off to A123, the pack is incredible. I drove the truck for around 10mins. going from almost full throttle to brake a few times and the packs had alot of puch to them. When I got home I checked the voltage on them and they only went down to 33.64 volts. That's after 10mins.
