Help!!!! - 04.02.2009, 01:35 PM

just got inmy lipo's for my converted slayer and hooked everything up to mmm 2200KV combo and steering works fine throttle works fine but brakes is working backwards can't get it to work right anyone know how

What do you mean "brakes is working backwards"?

im still using mechanical brakes and when i give brakes the servo goes the wrong way

Are you using mixing you need to probably invert that chanel

I'm running a Y harness on channel 2 for the ESC and brake servo

Sounds like you are using a y cable. Nothing you can do for that except put the linkage 180 deg from where it is now so that the lever action works in the correct direction. I had to do this with my revo.

im using a y cable i will try that but when i hit the brakes the RED light comes on does this mean something is wrong

red light on the esc Is good, that means its going to brake.

I got it working moved servo arm and HOLY CRAP what a difference BUT it sometimes twitches l

lock the trans and use motor brakes then :)
