Wow, this has officially killed every 18th scale brushed esc. Like the new tekin controllers. Why anyone would buy a brushed motor and esc for an 18th scale vehicle is beyond me anyway. Good to hear, now some of the smaller crwlers have another esc option. A 55 turn motor in a light vehicle could probably be run by the 25 now.

Did you guys download the update? How are you liking it? I downloaded and put it in my TC3 and tbh I didn't see any difference. If anyone has seen any difference please post you settings.

Last night I made a quick vid of before and after the update, with a Neu motor. The frequency of operation has definitely changed. Check it out:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...90454808&hl=en (make take up to an hour to become live, I just uploaded it)
I have yet to install the update on the Mamba 25 in my rock crawler. It already ran the outrunner pretty well, but hopefully this will make it run even better!

It did cog a little in my TC3 with the N80, but when I put it in my MBX5T with 4S lipos and the Mega ACn22/30/2 it was much better then before the update. I also tried my Schulze 18.97 afterwards and the MM still can't beat the Schulze in smooth starts, but I'm impressed on how well the MM worked though. I was going to try the MM in my BPP truck with the 1521/1Y, but I couldn't find my 4mm to 5.5mm adapter, but the video posted above just proves it works good with the Neu.

I just tried this with my FLM Emaxx and a novak 6.5 I had sitting around and cogging is reduced to where this is a usable combo now. Previously cogging was so severe that the MM would over heat very quickly and required pushing the truck to get it to move.
This looks like a decent upgrade that should allow running some previously unusable motors with the MM.

One thing I like to keep reminding myself: Castle has been doing this for about 2 years, whereas Quark and Schulze have been at it for about 8 to 10 (maybe longer?). It can certainly only get better.
