You son should be fine with 2 liters of water each day, this would leave more room for a bolder setup..

It's either going 50MPH, or he's carrying around an awful lot of beer..

I like the way you think Serum. You know how kids are. If we make a riding vehicle that goes more than 30 he will freak out, and want to show it off to all of his friends. I want him to have fun, but I want him to see adulthood to. I am sure that whatever we may come up with, it will be the coolest thing he will ever see as a kid. Making a project with your Dad is always the best of memories if you have that chance. So what happen to our E-bike builder? Is it done yet?

I haven't begun machining parts for it yet. I have been collecting everything I need. Plus, my TXT project is eating up time.

My RC4WD aluminum axle housings came in today. The machining quality of those things is crap. Plus the are barely hollowed out. They weigh a freakin ton. I will chuck them into my mill and hollow them out as well as do some decorative machining on them. They will be sweet when they are finished.

The E-bike is next on the list.
