I think when the motor pulled out it must have pull the black wire really hard, at least that's my best guess.

Are you sure you can't just slide the housing of the motor back togeather (did the rotor get into the windings)?

If I could only draw what I see in my head, then afford to build it, and finaly get to play with it...

Yeah it looks like the windings did take some damage. I think it may be toast. Oh well i have had this motor for sometime now and i paid about $80 two years ago so i'm not too sad about it. Time to move on and get something else to get me running again. I was thinking about a Neu 1515 1y or just Wanderer 7XL. I'm just a basher and not a racer.

That makes sense. You should grab yourself one of the tekno motors.

Yeah that would be nice i hope they release them soon. If i do decide to go down the Neu route i would like one the Teknos just because the endbells are sealed, that's the one reason that i don't want to buy one of the standard ones. I may just get the Wanderer for now just to get back running and get the Tekno when it's available.

Would a kb45 fit the tekno mount? Tons of power for little money. Just needs a little modding.(6mm shaft, 4mm wider spaced mounting holes)

I think that would be to much torque in a revo. and weight?

what does an XL bk45 weigh anyways?
