they would be extremely tight. not sure if id want to try it out only to find that they wont work.

if you end up getting them let me know how it goes!

I have dropped my eye on the flightpower 3s 5000mah and neuenergy 3s 5000mah. But i still don't know if they would fit the battery compartment. Do you guys already know with ones will fit for sure?

Are you very sure?
Because i don't want to order packs that don't fit, would be a waste of money IMO.

these are the dimensions off of Towers web site

167 x 48 x 27mm

they can fit...maybe a little tight on the length but a small challenge never hurt anyone.......
