I almost had an episode...
In fear of my bad cell, i set my lipo cutoff to 16.4v, i jammed the throttle once and the esc hit the cutoff (pack was 3/4 drained) so i checked the pack- all the cells held up fine. the esc registers on ccl, but it cuts off when i arm it... is it toast?

That's a GREAT deal! Is there a way you can find out (for me) if JR and Hitec RX's work with the M8? Also, if you find any more great deals on M8's or M11's lemme know!

m11 are expensive as Hell, and any rx will work as long as its the same frequency. the only problem i see that the rx that comes with it has "s" connectors where the power and signal wires are flipped- might use my current rx

update, just received my transmitter battery.. 2500mah 3s lipo, levels out at about 12.2v which is perfect for the radio. POLY RC TAPS CAN FIT JST EQUIPPED BALANCERS!!! just need to cut the tab off of the top of the poly tap.
In the mail i have:
Airtronics M8 Radio-private seller
CVD rebuild kits- Tower hobbies
New battery heatshrink- Maxamps
Balancing connector for Transmitter- Maxamps
Mbx5t Wingmount- ebay
Axial 25mm Posts- My atomic
m3 Screws- My atomic
wont need the balancing taps now so if you do PM me
I had ordered a Ofna MBX wing mount and its too small, doesn't provide the height or setback that i had hoped for.
so i ordered a mugen peice.... pm me if u want just the mount- new unused
i cut a set of springs for the truck but now the springs dont even return the truck to ride height.. so back to full length springs and limiting straps for the time being.
pondering weather or not to dye my wing black
