No. I wonder if you sent UE an E mail they would give you the specs for that cup or maybe sign on to their forum and ask there. I use those same diffs with the cups from Mike and 3.3 shafts.

Cool, I'll send them an e-mail... I signed up with the forum, but I don't have the privilege of using it yet.. I can't even look at the photos..
Not so sure why the shafts from Mike didn't work for me though... I asked him about them, but I didn't get an answer yet..

Ok... Here's the question and answer (I kept it real simple):

Q- Hi, I would like to know if I can use these -
http://www.unlimitedengineering.com/...ore/85037.html
with these http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...GY_DIFF&cat=40

A- I think they’ll work but I’m not a 100% sure. I think that’s the same as the savage maybe and I know they’ll work in it.

I also requested some measurements from them to see if they are any differences with shafts.

I'm going to send a mail to billytrucks123 on ebay hoping he has a set or get can a set for me... For some reason, I can't buy them direct from the UE site

The UE 7.5 diff outputs will still be short for what you're planning to do. I had tried that route before. I had better luck using my home made diff outputs like what Mike sells. I made mine from revo stub axles (I cut off the threaded portion).

My recommendation for you is to buy another set of drive cups and use them with the diff outputs you bought from Mike. You can try UE's 6mm drive cup. It measures 19.7mm from end to end ( I have a bunch of them). They are made from hardened steel and should last you long.

If you can wait for a day or two (it's midnight here now), I can take measurements of my UE 7.5 diff outputs using my digital caliper. Let me know.

Castle Neu 1520 on 6S LiPo Powered Gmaxx (Nitro Killer)
Predator with OS .21TM
Supermaxx with Mach .26
Revo with OS .18TZ
Kyosho ST-RR Conversion
Ofna CR with Tekin ESC/Motor (2)

Hey George, thanks for the advice man... I have tried those OUTPUT SHAFTS from Mike before along with the MIP cups and this is what they look like now: http://picasaweb.google.com/khfranci...26057184813890
I am not sure if the shafts extended far enough out the diff case for the mip cups to get enough surface area to hold on.. I am willing to try the shafts again if they'll work with the cups from UE...
If you have a enough to send four, PM me with a costing (still can't make the buy from the UE site)

Did you use GRUBS or SCREW PINS to hold the cups to the shafts?

Hi guys,

Just updating and sharing my findings with the UE CUP experiment... it worked perfectly... and now the MIP CVDs have no way of escaping anymore (more importantly, the arms can be adjusted freely now).

So, if you have Hot Bodies Lightning diffs and you need cups that will work well with them, the UEs will be a good option.
