Take the cap off and the plastic end off the shaft and push it through the body...

Reverse for assembly.

The shaft is bent =/

And how do I remove the rod end?

Hold the shaft with pliers and unscrew the rod end.

As far as the bent shaft, should I attempt to cut it with some cutters?

I would try to straighten it out and oull it out the top. If not then cut it off and try to keep the cut clean so as not to destroy the o rings in the bottom of the shock.

remove the shock cap.
remove the shock end
slide the shaft with piston up from the shock body.
remove two E-clips holding the piston and you got just the shaft

Thanks a ton for that diagram Rnemhrd!
I took it apart in the sink, and remembered that in the diagram (took a close look before taking it apart) that there was small parts, and in the middle of taking it apart, I shut the drain, and that was when the small tiny eclip fell off... Whew!

Got it working, hopefully 40WT w/ Trinity XXX Hard Springs should do it. Hate bottoming out!

I would save up some cash and upgrade the shocks. Use the forum search to see what the guys are using, what not to use, and how they perform.

I'm gonna get some 1/8 XTM or UE or Ofna shocks when I get some extra cash.
Until then, the shocks right now are just fine for my appliance.
