Well, the Mamba Max has an exposed circuit board, and it seems to hold up fine. I would just make sure that nothing metal could contact the exposed area, and you should be fine.

You're probably thinking of the MMM, which is totally enclosed. The MM has the exposed PCB...

The chinese esc looks like a sandwich with the ham poking out either side.. Should be okay, you'd need to really wrench down on the pcbs to snap them off, but it does kinda kill the otherwise clean and beasty look of the esc I must admit.

Right, a man could be very open, but not to anyone. You're understood pretty well.

BTW, they finally found some local guys to make motors for them, they were originally working with FG and now seem to have some new partnership. now they have 4 combos shipping:
80A ESC + 3665 BL 2300KV
80A ESC + 3674 BL 2350KV
150A ESC + 3674 BL 2350KV
150A ESC + 4465 BL 2000KV

....What a Blue Sky....

Yes, I'll be keeping my motor suppliers for myself now lol. I know who's making their motors and I hope they don't have any issues with them like I did. Here is the last e-mail I received from HW yesterday:

"Dear Luciano

Merry Chrismas to you . and we are public the new ESC 1:8 Ezrun150A is finished design and new Verson Xerun120A-v2 is finished too.

So late to contact you ."

Who knows, they might send me the 150A and the new Xerun.
