They are not long enough, one is the same length as the stock lst2 and the other is about 1" longer, they may be identical to the muggy driveshafts. The lst2 wheel shafts are about 1.5" longer than the stock lst center driveshafts, and compatible with most dogbone cups.

Or maybe it was just the spur....

The flux has a full metal geared tranny. The X uses metal input gears, and metal output gears. The 2 speed larger gears are plastic in the X tranny, but they are replaced with a single steel gear in the flux. That gear and shaft are the only parts that you need to buy to convert the internals of the x tranny to a flux tranny. Part number is 100905, and it is available on ebay, bought mine last night. The spur is also steel, but I have a plastic 47t on there right now. With that spur and the flux motor mount a 23t pinion is about as big as I can fit... That is fine though, I only need about 19-20t on the pinion to get the gearing right. I also have a steel spur, but have found them not really necessary.

Ok, I can make a slipper style setup like the old slipperential. I would prefer more reduction than the pinion on diff provides. I actually like the savage tranny, but I would like to have the option of a locked 2nd gear internal ratio for a slower spinning motor. The flux tranny is effectively an X tranny locked in 1st. Good for faster spinning motors, like the cc 2200 on 6s, but I would like to have a low kv motor on 10-12s...
