It's cool, Jerry, I was more concerned with getting complete info out more than anything. I know the stock e-revo diff is platic cased and that my 1/8 center diff is also plastic cased. I also wrote that at 2 a.m. so I may not have come out right. The joys of late night internetting.

just put the screws into the diff cup with alittle CA or get a diff cup that isnt stripped

Deahttub, sorry for what happened to your tranny case there but yes, those little screws that hold the CF disk which holds the output gear of your 8th scale diff thread into aluminum posts. Metal to metal needs blue Locktite.

Aha! The full truth comes out, hahaha. I am pretty sure I loctited all of mine on my crash CD. So in conclusion, CA plastic, loctite metal, tear stuff up.

No biggie....I ordered a new tranny, so when I get it I'll locktite it all up!
