quick warranty questions - 01.05.2011, 05:12 AM

HI
I send two of my castle esc's to repair. One MMP and one MMM. I bought MMP 6 months ago and castle replaced it under warranty. Do I have now 6 months or one year more warranty?
The other esc (MMM) wasn't under warranty and it's replaced for 70 bucks. Do I have any warranty for this product now?

as far as i know when they replace an ESC for you wether you pay for it or not, comes with a one year warranty.

SORRY! I have to correct myself.

If we give you a new controller at no cost, the warranty still ends after one year from the date of the original retail sale.

If you pay for a new controller (non-warranty) you get a new one year warranty from that date.

From what I can gather that is the best warranty service in the indusrtry unless someone can show me better.

Man that is great! Awesome way to do business castle creations. Its not too often anymore that you receive good customer service, a friendly person to speak to on the phone, a great warranty, and quality products that perform better than anything else on the market!
Looks Like I made a good decision by picking CC products!
