Your avitar is going to offend someone in here and you will end up getting yourself banned. Most of us are old enough to not care, but there are young kids in here that do not need bad influences, nor does Monster Mike need somes parent giving him a hard time for your judgement. Just a friendly notice.

I beleve that most of the guys like Deans connectors for this purpose. Personally I prefer using the TRX connectors. They are a little bit bigger and they are much easier to plug and unplug in a hurry. The Deans are just too small for me and difficult to use. Both can be a little bit tricky to install PROPERLY if your soldering skills are still on the learning curve so to speak, and if you have never done it before. After installing a few sets on your own it gets a little easier. Practice makes perfect. Like most things it is a personal preference matter that you have to choose for yourself.

hey monsterbaja,
what is the latest with this project? i am interested to know. btw, the best connectors for HV setups imo are 8mm bullets avail. at cheapbatterypacks.com or on ebay on occassion. if you cant go with those go with the Castle 6.5mm bullets.

anyway, keep us updated.

You need to check the dates on the threads you are looking at. That last post was like two years ago. Common mistake just getting started.
