Either it fails or it doesn't. Not sure if there's any way to mitigate the failure.

Exactly.
Castle is doing a great job of taking care of affected customers. Sure, we would have all preferred this to be without kinks, but they happen and are dealt with. Castle is a class act, so I have no worries about the Monster.
