futaba 3pm vs airtronics mx-3 both 2.4ghz -

is there any technology difference between these 2 radios. i know how to use my FM mx-3, and the 2.4ghz version is only 150 bucks, compared to the 3pm 2.4 ghz at 180 bucks.
my mx-3 fm is giving me glitches with my mmm on 5s  thanks or is the spectrum dx3.0 way better than both, but for a price |
