Charging a battery for storage - 12.18.2013, 12:18 PM

Good morning all,

I have a fairly new Hyperion 5s lipo that I purchased from Mike a few months ago. Now that it is winter here in Mass. I am putting my RC equipment away for the winter.

I'm wondering how I can put this battery into storage mode. Right now I'm using a MRC Superbrain 989 Charger. This charger does not have storage mode as a setting. I've read that storage mode should be around 60%. What is the best way to do this?

Thanks,
Nick
