Well Ron, i have got all reasons to do so, since i was told at the most arrogant way that i made an error, an error in my choice of plugs, these plugs where adviced by them to use, i asked them by email if the plugs i used where okay, which where okay according to them, later i heard i could buy a new 1897 with a too good to be true 25 percent discount..

After about 20 emails going back and forth (he even tried accused me of machining the plugs) he decided i could have one for free, since he admitted i used the plugs he advised me. it still had a ~35 euro 'investigation' costs..

Rock on..

If you call it a matter of personal taste if i don't like being treated that way, I don't get that? I am on the mission of helping people take a setup that is durable and not being backed up with the worst service in the world.

So yeah, keep away from schulze, that's my advice and i am not the only person on this world/forum who has got a bad experience with their service so i guess it's not an isolated case either.

You have got good experiences with schulze because you haven't burned one. You never needed their dark side called 'service' or 'warrantee' i only know of 1 case in which the controller was replaced for free.

Castle has been nice and good to me. i smoked 2 controllers, one was a weird programming issue, it was replaced within 4 business days, the other was my own misstake and was replaced in 3 business days for 25 bucks, including shipping. That's the service you need with controllers..

I am not saying anything wrong about the schulze chargers.

got me talking about schulze makes me realize that i recently smoked a receiver of schulze (the Berg thingy) it was 2 months old, ofcourse i needed to pay for the repair.. 15 or 20 euro for something that should be warranteed. channel 2 stopped working.

Sorry, but don't get me started about schulze.

Boats are a complete different load for the controllers than our trucks are. Appearantly schulze hasn't got it all figured out yet.

They make smooth controllers for a relative high price, but their service is the joke of the year.

Their support is more than okay; they answer emails on sunday as well, but don't come to them with a smoked product..
